Step beneath the pine canopy for an intimate evening of sound, Reiki, and hammock-supported rest. Forest Reset is designed to create space for deep relaxation, emotional release, and nervous system regulation while surrounded by the quiet rhythm of the woods.

🌿 What to Expect:

Upon arrival, gather by the pond firepit while we welcome everyone to the farm. Settle in, enjoy the peaceful evening atmosphere, and prepare to leave the busy world behind for a little while.

Once everyone has arrived, Tina Jenkins, owner of Jaybird Hammock Farm, will welcome the group before we begin the short walk into the pine forest.

We’ll take a mindful 10-minute walk 🚶‍♀️ down the nature trail to the secluded pine forest hammocks 🌲.

Once beneath the canopy, settle into your hammock for a 60-minute immersive sound bath and hammock-supported rest. Multiple practitioners will create a 360° sound experience using crystal bowls, chimes, and layered sound frequencies surrounding the hammock area.

During the experience, each guest will also receive approximately 15 minutes of individual Reiki, allowing you to simply rest and receive while the soundscape continues around you.

This experience is intentionally intimate and designed to support deep restoration, emotional release, and a quieter nervous system.

🎶 60-minute immersive sound bath

🕯️ Your Role:

Please arrive 15 minutes before the 5:30 PM start time to check in and sign a waiver.

Park at the barn and gather near the pond until the group is ready to begin.

Please be prepared to carry your personal belongings along the natural trail to the hammock area. The walk is approximately ¾ mile round trip.

Forest Reset is an invitation to do very little. Rest. Receive. Return. There is nothing you need to accomplish during the experience.

🎒 What to Bring:

Bring anything that helps your body settle comfortably, such as a pillow, water bottle, extra blanket, or small light source.

Because we will be outdoors, bug spray is recommended.

Attire is intentionally relaxed and comfort-centered. Pajamas, robes, soft layers, and cozy clothing are welcome. Dress in whatever allows your body to relax fully while still wearing shoes appropriate for the ¾-mile round-trip walk along our natural trail.

🌧️ Weather Cancellations:

Florida weather is unpredictable, and weather-related cancellations at Jaybird Hammock Farm are never made lightly. We consider actual conditions at the farm, including standing water, trail conditions, and the time required to safely prepare the event space, rather than forecasts alone.

We understand that cancellations can affect travel, hotel, childcare, and other plans, just as they significantly affect our small farm. There is rarely a perfect time to make the call, but we always do our best to make a thoughtful decision based on guest safety and conditions here at the farm.

Once a weather cancellation is made, it is final. Guests will be offered a reschedule or refund.
